Winter lights in GENX

Technicians Allegra and Leona installed colored LED lights inside each of the automated chambers.

The lights are hooked up as a test of the new belowground heating system, which is set to be turned on this winter. The lights flash on to indicate the the heating system is on. The colors are associated with the projected heating treatments, ranging from blue at ambient (unheated) to red at 6.1 °C above ambient.
